Does This Sound Like You?

If knee pain is changing how you live, you don't have to just put up with it. These are the problems we help with every day:

Pain climbing stairs, squatting or getting up from a chair
A knee that aches after walking or standing
Morning stiffness, swelling or a grinding feeling
Been told you "need a knee replacement"
Painkillers that no longer work like they used to
Knee pain disturbing your sleep at night

Advanced, Non-Surgical Knee Treatments

The right treatment depends on the exact cause of your pain — which is why we diagnose first, then treat with the least invasive option that works.

Genicular Nerve RFA

Radiofrequency ablation calms the specific nerves carrying pain from an arthritic knee — long-lasting relief, even for bone-on-bone knees, without weakening the leg.

PRP & Regenerative Medicine

Platelet-rich plasma from your own blood, precisely delivered to support a struggling joint — a genuine option for suitable early-to-moderate arthritis.

Ultrasound-Guided Injections

Steroid, hyaluronic acid and other injections placed accurately under image guidance — for better results and greater safety than "blind" injections.

Your Questions, Answered

Can knee pain really be treated without surgery?

Yes — for the large majority of patients. Most knee pain, including much of osteoarthritis, responds well to physiotherapy, image-guided injections, PRP and genicular nerve radiofrequency ablation. Surgery is reserved for a minority of cases, and we'll tell you honestly if you're one of them.

I've been advised a knee replacement. Do I have other options?

Often, yes. Many patients advised a knee replacement can avoid or delay it with the right non-surgical plan — even genicular nerve RFA can relieve pain in advanced, bone-on-bone knees. It's worth getting an expert second opinion before deciding on surgery.

Are the procedures painful? How long is recovery?

Procedures are done as day-care under local anaesthesia — most patients feel pressure rather than pain and go home the same day. Recovery is quick, and you'll receive clear aftercare guidance.

How soon can I be seen?

Same-day and evening appointments are often available, Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 7 PM. Call or WhatsApp +91 8284838332, or book online.
